New guest blogger – Stefanie Lindquist

Please join me in welcoming Stefanie Lindquist to Voir Dire as a guest contributor to the blog. Stefanie is the Thomas W. Gregory Professor of Law at the University of Texas School of Law. She is the author of numerous articles on a variety of law and courts topics and has authored two books, Judging on a Collegial Court: Influences on Appellate Court Decision Making (University of Virginia Press), with Virginia Hettinger and Wendy Martinek, and more recently, Measuring Judicial Activism (Oxford University Press), with Frank Cross. She earned her J.D. at Temple University School of Law and her Ph.D. at the University of South Carolina. She has worked as a federal judicial clerk, a law firm associate, and as a research associate for the Federal Judicial Center. Finally, she is the beloved Chair of the Law & Courts section of the American Political Science Association
